About Us
In February of 2000 seventeen independent fertilizer-chemical dealers formed a new cooperative corporation. This group came about from two older alliances, Fert-I-Chem in California and IDEA in the Pacific Northwest. Bill Bienapfl was hired as Executive Director and oversees the daily business and contracting with suppliers.
The primary objective of WestLink Ag is to maximize its buying positions and be an innovator in our individual areas of business. WestLink Ag members are strategically positioned in prime agricultural areas of the West and service all major crops. Members employ over 100 experienced licensed consultants who work hard to balance the needs of their growers and the environment. WestLink Ag brings professionalism and a personal touch to doing business. Our professionals are constantly upgrading their knowledge base to provide the most up-to-date recommendations to their customers.
